The normal shop (consisting of Anna's, Maria's and Louise's shops) is a shop type designed to provide resources at a price accessible to all players. Though promotions (i.e. for events) aren't held here, shop inventories reset 5 times a day. This enables the player to go back to the shop to continue purchasing items. Alternatively, the shop inventory may be forcibly updated for gems. For each shop, you can click the search icon to see a list of all possible items that may appear on that shop. The quantities and items change but there are dedicated slots for each type of item.
